Every mobile has one or more browsers installed by default. By making our eNamecard web-based, it is trouble-free to the users.
No. In fact, the APPs versions were heavily discussed in the early days of development, and we decided not to proceed mainly due to the following 2 reasons:
1. Frequent upgrading of iOS/Android versions – We have to constantly update according to the latest versions, which can be restrictive and challenging.
2. Research shows that an average of 80+ Apps are downloaded on mobile. We wouldn’t want to add one more to your load.
Moreover, if it is Apps-based, you will face the challenge to persuade every friend and customer of yours to download our App to have your Contact details, which can be very unwelcome. You may even result in losing a friend, a customer, and a business opportunity.
The Setup Fee is primarily used to pay our staffs to optimize the images (e.g., Your photograph, Company’s logo) and key in your contact details.
As long as there is no change to the Company’s name, logo and staff’s name, the Setup fee is waived upon renewal.

We do NOT allow changes to the “Company logo,” “Company name,” and staff’s “Name.”
Other than these 3 details, we allow up to 2 changes per eNamecard annually. That is meant to change mobile number, designation, or working address.

We do not have Lifetime Plan. It is because reseach shows that the average tenure for employees is 4.2 years. Therefore, it makes little to no value to provide a Lifetime Plan.
I’m afraid you can’t because it is based on a running number for easy monitoring and billing to your Company.

In fact, the preferred procedure is to cancel the outgoing staff account and create a new account for the new staff.
All new cards will be pro-rated towards the end of the main Agreement.
For example, suppose the bulk of eNamecards is due on 31 Dec 2030, and the new staff joins on 01 Jan 2029. In that case, our invoice will reflect that subscription from 01 Jan 2029 to 31 Dec 2030, which is essentially 2 years instead of the entire 3-year term.
In order to keep a tidy and easy to monitor account, we encourage our clients to subscribe to only one plan for the whole organization.
Unlike traditional Namecards, our eNamecards allow you to introduce yourself to different markets in different languages.
By default, our eNamecards are designed in English. We have AI translation on text-only into Simplified Chinese, Bahasa Melayu, Tamil, Japanese and Korean.

To avoid clutter and confuse your customers, every Corporation must have an internal agreement on what details (maximum of 6) can be reflected on the eNamecard. They can choose from the following list:

As this eNamecard is meant for corporations, you may approach your designated Staff-in-charge for all inquiries.

We do not encourage animation on the eNamecard as it takes up bandwidth and slows down the loading time.
Yes, but it is designed for mobile (Portrait Orientation). If viewed on Desktop computers, usually used in Landscape orientation, the bottom part of the content will be obstructed. Lastly, the saving of Contact details may not work as well as it would have been on mobile because there might not have any default “Contact” App on the desktop PC.
